Fillip Gladkov

Fillip works on providing Next Legacy’s diverse network with content that conveys the messages of the firm’s mission, services, and growing community. Before joining the Firm in 2024, Fillip worked as an associate marketing manager for Lighter Capital, a non-dilutive growth capital provider.

Fillip earned his BA in media studies from University of California, Berkeley, while also taking the required coursework under the Sutardja Center for Entrepreneurship and Technology to receive a certificate in Bay Area-approved entrepreneurship. Back home in Los Angeles, Fillip founded True To The Roots, a community-oriented clothing brand that brought together environmental advocates and outdoor enthusiasts, interned at climate-tech startup GreenVault, and was the first marketing hire for European subscription software startup Sharpei.

In addition to his work at Next Legacy, Fillip enjoys spending his time exploring San Francisco by bike, rock-climbing Marin, and surfing in the Pacific.
